If at any time within 30 days of your purchase you experience any problems with a product that you purchased from ShopVapes.com you can return it for a replacement, store credit or a full refund of the purchase price minus the cost of shipping. This includes manufacturer’s defects and errors on the part of our company. Malfunctions which are the fault of the customer such as Bent atomizers, batteries that have been exposed to water, wires becoming exposed and batteries that have been dropped or separated are not covered although the company will make efforts to try and accommodate any issues. We understand that many people are new to vaping so we will do everything possible to make sure that your experience with ShopVapes.com is the most professional and appealing.

All returns must be accompanied by an original invoice and must be returned to use no later than 30 days after the time of purchase. Any returns which occur outside of the 30 day window are limited to receiving a store credit for their return.

If within the first 7 days after your purchase you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you purchased from ShopVapes.com then they may be returned for a full refund for any reason. All products must be returned in a condition that is considered "New". Any products that are returned to us in used or damaged condition will not be honored and will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
